Once a suitable helper has been confirmed, we will send you a quotation for approval before the service is scheduled.
Step 4 – Secure Payment
To ensure the safety of both clients and service providers, payment must be made before the service provider is dispatched.
No cash transactions are allowed.
Step 5 – Assistance Arrives
Your assigned service provider will arrive and assist with the requested task professionally and efficiently.
Step 6 – Service Completion Confirmation
Upon completion of the service, the service provider must contact Ready Helpers SA while still with the client so that the service record can be updated and completed.
